The Tonon Diet Plan – Lose 10 Kg In Just 2 Weeks!

If you are among those persons who would like to lose 10 pounds just two weeks, we suggest you try the theThonon diet.

Thonon diet is a very strict diet, which allows for just 14 days to lose a whopping 10 pounds. It has been named after the hospital, and the diet was designed by a French doctor.

This diet does not allow the intake of sugar and fat and it’s based largely on portions of meat. Just like any other strict diet, it is not recommended by a doctor. While you are on the diet you can feel malaise and fatigue, and the weight could be quickly returned, so it’s recommended only if your doctor approves it and in case you need a clean line in a very quick period of time.

Day 1

Lunch: 1 steak, tomatoes and lettuce without oil, fruit of your choice
Dinner: a bit of boiled ham

Day 3
Breakfast: coffee or tea without adding sugar, a small piece of whole-wheat bread
Lunch: 2 hard-boiled eggs, tomatoes and lettuce without oil
Dinner: boiled ham, green salad without adding oil

Day 4
Breakfast: tea or coffee without sugar, a small piece of whole-wheat bread
Lunch: one hard-boiled egg, fresh carrots sprinkled with lemon juice, one slice of some cheese
Dinner: one glass of yogurt, any fruit

Day 5
Breakfast: coffee or tea without adding sugar, grated carrots with lemon juice
Lunch: boiled fish, two tomatoes without oil
Dinner: 1 steak, green salad with a bit of olive oil

Day 6
Breakfast: coffee or tea without adding sugar, one small piece of whole-wheat bread
Lunch: grilled chicken
Dinner: two hard-boiled eggs, fresh or cooked carrots

Day 7
Breakfast: tea or coffee without sugar
Lunch: 1 large steak, any fruit
Dinner: eat anything you want normal amounts, but don’t drink alcohol

After the 7 days, repeat all over once again, for another 7 days. After the period of 2 weeks, it is necessary to take a break. When you have finished the diet it is recommended to not consume more than 1,500 calories a day, unless you want the yo-yo effect.
